Dew was hurt, but would live thankfully. "That thing... It had a huge mouth and hands and... What was it?" Water starts to fill the room. "Well that's perfect."

Caleb looked around for a possible way out. There didn't seem to be any. Caleb searched in desperation. Allcof a sudden, a large laugh echoed through the room. "Puny guardians of light!" The voice boomed. "What chance do you stand against me?"
-
"Every chance there is." Ax whipped out his rocket launcher and blasted the top of the ceiling, creating a hole which they all got out of. The creature burst out of a nearby glacier. "Shall we?" He asked, turning to Caleb.
-
Caleb nodded, completely glad to have Ax by his side. He pulled out his Suros, and started blazing magazines into the creature. He would continue to counter the creature's attacks and put up his Ward of Dawn whenever he could to help aid Ax.
-
Ax ran straight for it, but was shoved back by a sound wave. Undeterred, he picked up a Knight's sword and threw a flash bang at its head. After stabbing it in the back a couple times, the creature collapsed. Unfortunately, it landed on Ax's custom Suros launcher. "Blammit, I just paid that off." He looked at his newfound sword, reforming itself to bind to his light. "But... This will do."

Caleb was gasping for breath. He had fought hard. Caleb couldn't help but glance over at Ax, and see the new blade in his hand. His eyes seemed different, almost hungry, staring at the blade
-
The blade took on its new form: a rectangular, single edged, serrated blade that glowed with an energy unknown to any. It had an inscription now: "Born out of Darkness, raised in Light." "I have seen the three exotic blades: dark drinker, bolt caster and raze lighter, but this is... Different." Caleb felt a sudden rush of cold throughout his armor. Just in time, they get on their sparrows and fly to a nearby village.

"Man, I'm hungry," Ax said as he got off his sparrow. He glanced at the local restaurant. "Whaddaya say? Grab a bite?"
