That perk dosnt work in pvp as there seems to be a damage cap. You would know this if you had the gun and took it into pvp. It only does around 4 more damage then other Scout Rifles. the only advantage you would get is its a 310 attack by default weapon.

Show me the 100+ headshot damage pic or video then? I have one and in pvp with touch of malice active its only doing a few more damage then most other scout rifles I have.

Regardless the damage does not double in crucicble. You kill yourself for nothing, just about every other scout rifle in the game is better in pvp. In pve especially with certain builds its a monster damage dealer.
