Touch of Malice in Trials will be unfair
Eveerybody remembers people complaining over snipers and final round, where players would dump their clip and just use the final body shot. I'm response to this, bumgie nerfed the perk...AND THEN ADDED A GUN THAT DOES DOUBLE DAMAGE UNLIMITED AMMO.
Wait till Trials when players start dumping their clip to get unlimited super fast double damage shots with Touch of Malice. We just found the new meta.
I suggest a nerf where the double damage only procs if the player using it has a higher kill death ratio than the other player, since he would have won the gun battle anyway. This keeps it fair to everybody.
Bump this so bumgie nerfs it before this mess happens in 2 weeks!

I wouldn't worry about that. Had my best laugh in PVP this morning. One of your 'fortunate' gunmen toting a ToM took some head shots from me before he landed his 'one shot kill'! One would have been pissed that three head shots from a scout had him still alive enough to shoot back, except: his head shot killed me and him also. WTF wants a gun that kills you too? Seriously, who in their right mind wants a gun that will kill you just to end your enemy? What would be that point? It was so damn funny, I died twice at spawn for I couldn't control myself. I mean, I almost pissed myself laughing! I will get one just for the Grimoire and so I can have a great laugh as I 'die trying' to kill an opponent! I hear it is great for the 'Sisters', but I think they also died laughing!
