This exotic version of Black Hammer is literally the same gun as the Year 2 nerfed version of it (other than being exotic and higher Attack). No ammo regeneration for skillful shooting. Even legendary snipers can generate ammo if they have Triple Tap. Sign if you think Black Spindle should reward you even more for skill instead of making up for missing shots by replacing Mulligan with Triple Tap (or best-case scenario: let us choose between one or the other in the weapon details screen).
