Eveerybody remembers people complaining over snipers and final round, where players would dump their clip and just use the final body shot. I'm response to this, bumgie nerfed the perk...AND THEN ADDED A GUN THAT DOES DOUBLE DAMAGE UNLIMITED AMMO.
Wait till Trials when players start dumping their clip to get unlimited super fast double damage shots with Touch of Malice. We just found the new meta.
I suggest a nerf where the double damage only procs if the player using it has a higher kill death ratio than the other player, since he would have won the gun battle anyway. This keeps it fair to everybody.
Bump this so bumgie nerfs it before this mess happens in 2 weeks!

It doesn't even do double damage you -blam!-ing tard it does around 60 on crits with the last shot
-
It only does 60 a crit and the recoil is very bad in pvp. This gun is amazing in pve and my first choice, but in crucible I'll stick to hawk moon.
-
Its horrible for pvp so i dont think anyone is going to use it in trials
-
Anyone stupid enough to try this lol, just body shot with sniper. Gg
-
You don't even have the weapon.. You don't understand how you can be in a disadvantage with the last bullet. Its only good for the raid.. Don't be an idiot
-
Get your own touch of malice and stop complaining. Its people like you that -blam!- pve players over by getting our favorite guns nerfed because you cant stop whining.
-
Its not stfu
-
Touch of Malice doesn't do that much damage in PvP. Did you think or research at all before posting this?
-
Think of The Stag... At the beginning two people kill themselves and boom! Super first round
-
So the person with a higher kd gets an advantage? Dumbest thing I've read today... That's saying a lot
-
Double damage doesn't happen in PVP though. It's a little more, not double. And you're losing health at the same time making you possibly kill your self or getting your health lower and getting killed easier. It's a trade off. Maybe you should actually try the weapon first in PVP before screaming nerf
-
Sign to ban OP (It doesn't proc in pvp...)
-
You should really read the gun. The perc does not apply in PvP
-
*Snipe* *Snipe* *Snipe* ... "All enemies eliminated."
-
I'm waiting for the team of 3 ToM Nade out.......triple down Or even one burst of any pulse
-
Bungie made it right with this increased damage and unlimited ammo with loseing health in the process. If a sunsinger throws a firdbolt with its burn and your shooting ToM then your in for trouble
-
Not double damage in PvP.
-
Have you used touch of malice in crucible? It's horrible it doesn't do double damage in PvP, Bungie knew people would abuse it so they made the last round do a much smaller damage output.

Please be satire please satire please be satire
-
I just can't wait to see those people who use ToM and end up killing themselves from firing wildly.
-
"I'm scared of something, that i don't have so I'm going to make a foolish post."
Well... I guess if you want to waste your time, i can't stop you.

Just evade and shoot back. No different that any other gun battle except the person being shot at has the REAL advantage. If the TOM shooter is taking damage and missing his shots, all you have to do is evade and then give him one round to the head or body. If you're just going to stand there and get shot it, it doesn't matter what gun they are using. Dip duck dodge and dive!!!
-
Your kind of stupid it puts the player at risk you can easily get gunned down because the constant damage
-
Not having ToM myself, I can't speak too much to the "fairness" of it in PvP. I will say, this is another instance where I would like to see Bungie figure out whatever it takes, different algorithms or something. So that weapons and subclasses act differently between PvP and PvE. Instead of having to basically punish primarily PvE players just so that you can level the playing field for PvP. Every time a nerf occurs, that's pretty much what happens.
P.S. I hold no animosity towards primarily PvP players for this. I understand the desire for an even playing field. Mostly.
