Destiny Original Collector's Edition: What is going on?
Ok, so anyone purchasing the original Destiny Collector's Edition, like myself, know what bungie is doing to help rectify the situation? I didn't spend $80 on a video game to get told that I have to buy the taken king separately. Honestly, I was under the impression that buying the digital collector's edition, also set you up with pre-order for the taken king. I'd like to know why, the collector's edition, which has always been the best version of any game you buy, doesn't unlock all content. It makes absolutely no sense. Unlike those that threw their money away buying the taken king after paying a whopping $80, to spend another $40. I feel like a lot of people are getting cheated out of a game. Destiny was obviously lacking in content, story line, etc. It made absolutely no sense until they put everything together. So why, with it's lack of pretty much everything that makes a game good, did I pay that much, just to have them throw a curveball and say, oh and by the way you have to pay an extra $40 for everything that is missing from our game. Also, your collector's edition is pointless because the DLC has it's own collector's edition.....I feel like those that purchased the Digital Collector's edition should receive a free redeemable code for the Taken King, that makes sense, otherwise I'd return this if I could, but seeing as how it's digital, yeah, not possible. None of that makes any sense. Anyone feel like commenting, or adding anything to this, be my guest
