They definitely stepped it up with factions in mostly every category. The loot, I seem to find, isn't as random or rewarding. Getting a LOT of doubles.

The only doubles I've gotten so far were a dead orbit auto rifle and a fwc fusion. Not terrible. HoW I got five red hand ix's in a row
