Praxic Scorch-Your scorch melee burns for 1/5 of the damage, but burns until the enemy dies.
Ultras are not affected by this and burn for normal time and damage.

The idea is great, but it could be OP. Maybe dial it down a little.

OP in pop, and against bosses. Think about it: hit someone once, and run. Hit a boss once, then hide until they die.
