The short, stocky titan leaned against the railing of the Tower, staring out at the Traveler, his orange gaze falling slowly to the city. The last of his tears fell, trickling down his cheeks and falling into his palms. The Awoken took in a shaky breath, his fists gripping tightly onto the railing, his teeth grinding together, and he let out a frustrated grumble, turning his back to the Traveler and staring at the guardians bustling by to the Vaults, or to the Vanguard, or the Cryptarch.
Two weeks ago, his father left with a small group of his closest friends, people he trained with since becoming a guardian, to defeat Oryx. However, not only had the fireteam failed to defeat the king, only two of them made it out alive. His father was not one of them.
He sought vengeance, not just for one of the people closest to him, but for his fallen brothers and sisters. However, doing so alone would be asking for suicide.
The pale, blue skinned male ran a hand anxiously through his curly locks, biting his lip. He needed a fireteam, but not just any group of ragtag guardians, he needed a skilled group. He considered maybe even training a few guardians himself to prepare for this battle, but how well would that play out?
He paced a bit before making a decision, disappearing from the Tower. Later, neatly hung up on each of the Vaults, read a sign-up sheet. [b]Guardian Training: First Come, First Serve. Directed by Jarah Fakhoury.[/b]

[b]Warren stopped firing. He stood there, and watched him sing Hammer Time as he killed the Taken. It was also at this distracting moment that he felt something attach to his right arm.[/b] "Oh dear."

Garuud looks over to see Warren being pulled into the portal. He rushes over and still in his hammer state throws his hammer at the portal. "Duck! I don't know if this will work!"

"I said duck! " But the hammer had hit Warren in the face and tumbled into the portal with the top half of Warren. He Jumped over to Warren and grabbed his left leg and began pulling with all of his Titan strength. He was beginning to see more and more of Warren coming out of the portal. "Not giving up! You are not becoming one of those things!" He is now up to his waist only. "Cmon help out a little! Do some space magic stuff or something that you floofy guys do!"

[b]Warren's right arm remains in the portal.[/b] "JUST KILL ME AND STAND BY FOR GHOST RESSURECTION!"

"Okay, brace for impact!" *Garuud yelled as he drove his elbow into Warrens chest crushing his ribs and splitting his heart.* As his body dissolved into light. Garuud spied Warrens Ghost. "Hey sorry for killing your Guardian. Would you mind bringing him back?"

[b]My Ghost, Tolis, nods and in a couple of seconds, I'm back and barfing blood all over you.[/b] "That hurt. A lot."

" Yeah, sorry. I get beefy from throwing hammers all day. If I had let go it would have pulled you in. But at least your not a Taken, right?" Garuud said as he wiped the blood from his armor. "But now that your back, lets rest for a bit. I am not feeling so good."

As they landed in the tower bar, Garuud collapsed and spewed black goo from his mouth." Awww man, I just brushed my teeth .this will take forever to clean up." Garuud said out loud. " why is this happening to me?" Then Garuud thought back to when he threw his hammer at Warren and it him and tumbled into the taken portal.

[b]Warren looms at him.[/b] "That's nothing bad, it just happens when you get near Taken for too long, start hearing voices and spewing goo, happens during my research."

" I need to go outside" Garuud said as walked out. Once he walked out he activated his hammed and it looked different it had black swirls moving on it. "What research did you say you did again?"

"On the Taken." [b]He looked at his hammer and tossed a mote at him.[/b] "Should clean it right up."

"Thanks" Garuud said as he took the mote. "We should probably go back down there, they are probably waiting for us. Jarah and eclipse I should say"

Eclipse Walks over to jarrah, we might wanna get there these two reckless fools are already there

"Yeah, probably a good idea. Hop into the passenger's seat, and buckle up!" Quince sputtered to imitate a groan. "For the Traveler's sake, don't try and pull your Rainbow Road driving." Jarah had a mischievous grin paint across his face. "Rainbow Road driving~" He hummed, buckling himself up, Quince grumbling more as he tucked himself snugly into the Awoken's lap. At first, the titan drove slowly, exiting the Hangar peacefully. However, once going to orbit, his boot slammed into the acceleration pedal, and the ship jolted forward. He laughed loudly and spun the ship sharply, making it do a few flips before he dodged a few of the debris, and slowed down noticeably to at least make a decent landing on the moon. The awoken slipped on his helmet and exited from the ship, Quince rattled and hung close to his guardian, trembling. He cocked his shotgun, his beloved Invective, on his back he had strapped his auto rifle, For the People, and his rocket launcher,The Ash Factory. He lugged over to the other two, punching a nearby Taken, then again, and once more for good measure, a light purple aura providing extra amour. "Couldn't wait, either of you?" He teased to the other guardians, checking over his shoulder to make sure Eclipse could keep up. After all, Titans aren't known for their speed.

Eclipse Walked out of the ship and walks over to him his immobius in his hands loaded. Man you're gonna loose points from Amanda holiday for that, now come on let's go

"It isn't illegal if you aren't caught!" Jarah winked wittily, chuckling before continuing onward. "The mission says we have to go into the deepest depths... This ought to be fun," He sighed sarcastically, taking lead in front of the other guardians into the chambers.
