The short, stocky titan leaned against the railing of the Tower, staring out at the Traveler, his orange gaze falling slowly to the city. The last of his tears fell, trickling down his cheeks and falling into his palms. The Awoken took in a shaky breath, his fists gripping tightly onto the railing, his teeth grinding together, and he let out a frustrated grumble, turning his back to the Traveler and staring at the guardians bustling by to the Vaults, or to the Vanguard, or the Cryptarch.
Two weeks ago, his father left with a small group of his closest friends, people he trained with since becoming a guardian, to defeat Oryx. However, not only had the fireteam failed to defeat the king, only two of them made it out alive. His father was not one of them.
He sought vengeance, not just for one of the people closest to him, but for his fallen brothers and sisters. However, doing so alone would be asking for suicide.
The pale, blue skinned male ran a hand anxiously through his curly locks, biting his lip. He needed a fireteam, but not just any group of ragtag guardians, he needed a skilled group. He considered maybe even training a few guardians himself to prepare for this battle, but how well would that play out?
He paced a bit before making a decision, disappearing from the Tower. Later, neatly hung up on each of the Vaults, read a sign-up sheet. [b]Guardian Training: First Come, First Serve. Directed by Jarah Fakhoury.[/b]

[spoiler]Me and Garuud have reached Korvic.[/spoiler] [b]Warren stops at Korvic's recovery bed and looks at Jarah with a worried intensity. He answers rather grimly.[/b] "Demons."

"Sexual tension" Garuud replied flatly. " He cant get enough of me and cant admit it, oh the agony! It will never work! Im a exo!" Garuud smiled. "I had to break it to him, and he didn't like it! oh speaking of which! " *Garuud pulls out a taco and begins unwrapping it* "Ah my one true love!"

[b]Warren looks at him skeptically and then slaps Garuud on the back of the head.[/b] "The truth, if you please. And how can you eat tacos?" [b]They walk by Shaxx.[/b]

*in between bites* * muffled voice* " it gums up the works a little bit, but they are so delicious I just kind of shove them down. I try to have a bunch on hand!" *Garuud takes another bite* " but Eclipse got lippy when I told him I had fought a taken guardian before and that we took him to the vanguard to see about a cure. " " so we got into a spat and I bent his knife and he got stabbed and beat down. Not without some wounds of my own.. He broke my spare taco and some of the servos in my right arm. As well as my armor."

[b]Warren rolls his eyes.[/b] "I really don't like that guy, way too touchy on everything." "[b] Warren takes a right after entering the Vanguard area, heading for Korvic. [/b]

* voice still muffled* " that's what I told him. I told him that if he took things so seriously he would go crazy" Garuud said. Then he tilted his head as if listening to people. " oh yeah! I even told him I had experience in that field. So I figured that by fighting him he would vent that. But it didn't help... Probably on account of me bending his hunter knife."

[b]Warren tilts his head.[/b] "One, I probably have more experience in insanity. Two, a Hunter knife?" [b]Warren stood at Korvic's medical bed and pokes the 'recovering' taken.[/b]

"Yeah, and trust me I know a thing or two muhahahah" Garuud laughed. "But yeah a hunter knife, Titans do not see the need for such things honestly. But I made one for him as a replacement. Should be interesting to see if it works"* Garuud looks at Korvic* "So whats the story with long tall and ugly here?"

[b]Warren takes out Toland's journal, and thumbs through to the parts, added by Warren, on the Taken. [/b] "I have some research to do. Interesting thing, being Taken, since I'm fully awake and not halfway dead I can do work."

"Haha okay oh beeteedubs, can you take a look at his? The motes did not seem to clear it up" Garuud peeled open his armor to show warren the corrupted portions on his abdominal cavity and showed him arm which showed corruption leading down from the hand that he uses to throw his hammer.

[b]Warren tilts his head and inspects the hammer.[/b] "This is new... have you noticed any side effects or.. hinderances?"

"No, other than a odd coldness to it and it leaves a stain where I hit something with it, it acts hungy too." garuud said oddly shaken.

Waiting for his knife Eclipse now sits leaned against some crates Watching his ghost analyse Everything As he waited for what was to come next [spoiler]sorry I haven't replied in awhile busy week with doctors and stuff [/spoiler]

(( Whoo. Sorry for this long absence of mine, this week just did a number on me. So many dreaded tests, and that PSAT. Just...Damn. But hey! I should be less busy now....Hopefully. Also got TTK, so that kept me a bit busy as well :P Where are Garuud and Warren? )) Sarah was there, polishing the knife daintily, when she noticed Eclipse, waving him over. "Hey! I got it fixed up, hopefully it's how you wanted it," The warlock stated, handing the knife carefully to him, which had been fixed completely, as well as restored so it looked new. Jarah came rushing back to Eclipse, huffing a bit. "Hey... We should be going back soon. Our mission's been changed to just trying to keep the Taken from taking anything else." He explained, his tone serious and somber. "Is the knife all fixed?" He asked, with a small chime in his voice, one of curiosity.
