Hello, fellow guardians! I have noticed that my thread has gone down in popularity and has stayed down due to my inactivity. And I would like to say I'm sorry for not being active! Games have come out that I have been very interested in (FALLOUT FALLOUT FALLOUT FALLOUT), so I've resorted to playing those day and night, forgetting about my wonderful thread, and honestly, Destiny altogether.
While taking time off of Destiny, I've realized that it's no good to play due to Bungie's current obsession with PVP (likely due to Activision). I, for one, despise the introduction of PVP to Destiny. This game should not have been made that way. I feel like Activision ruined it for that reason, among many others, but the gaming experience was an overall amazing one.
I got to know some good friends I have online now and I have come to know a completely new style of game altogether. I am not usually playing games in the likes of Destiny, I'm mostly into solid RPG's and horror. But, besides that, Destiny has been a great experience and I love that I got to converse with you all! I'm so glad to see the community is still thriving, and who knows, maybe I'll be back for the second game, but right now it doesn't look too promising with the first still in motion.

I have been having SO much fun! The game is now a gem. I have even purchased Destiny for two of my friends, and would for all of them if they had PS4s. Good job Bungie!

Also did anyone else start up a time breaker emporium? 1 ReplyOne of my favorite loadouts to use in mayhem is touch of flame/viking funeral/firebolt grenade/radient skin on a sunsinger with heart of praxic fire and thorn for extra burning (yes its still good). I looooove how they brought invective up to year two😍😍😍😍 that shotgun makes even yellow bar sheilded enemies your -blam!-.

1 ReplyFirst off thank you so much for making this post. I main warlock and am a huge fan of the warminds (I wanted to side with the seven seraphs before the game was released). As such my favorite armor is the Seraph sets, specifically the year 2 variant. I really wish warlock would get a warmind tech exotic armor peice, like the titans feedback fence. The Simulant is my new baby, was in the theorists group and honestly was okay with how the quest turned out. I didnt expect it to be over the top, just a few small puzzles here and there. Im glad its fairly easy to get and that a lot of guardians got it. The lore behind it is that rasputins defenses were failing to often so he initiated ikelos to arm guardians with his technology so we could defend him more effectively. So not only is the simulant canonically mass produced, it also happens that a ton of people got it simultaneously, kinda like ikelos being activated in realtime. I liked that idea that this is rasputin recruiting us and preparing for the future. Okay so one day during dark below, i was just patrolling around mars. I had recently gotten into finding glitch spots where you could break out of the map and explore hidden areas. So what I decided to do was flag down passerbys and lead em into the glitch spots for some out of map adventures. The first person who decides to folllow me repays me by offering an exotic chest checkpoint in the vault of glass. We go in there, just me and him. I didnt get anything, but this happen to also be my first time in the vault. So we decided to forge ahead. we got past the gorgons no problem and began -blam!-in around on the jumping puzzle. Once we got to the throne room we decided to stop. But then we thought, yknow what, we're already here, lets just find four people and do it. so we did. We were a ragtag team so it took an hour or two for us to get through but we did. I had completely forgotten we were on hard mode. Back at the gorgons i had joked about just finding some people and beating it and said "watch me get a mythoclast on my first run". Lo and behold, it happened. I got a mythoclast on my first ever vault completion. That was good day.
