it's not accident, that's a video of them glitching into an area not unlocked yet, it has nothign to do with FWC, you can do that mission aytime and glitch in there as long as you have 3 poeple, and you turn it into her for rep thats it, but just so you know those people who grab that ghost and turn it in before the real quest is actually given then their most likely going to screw up their chance of being able to turn in that ghost again
