Well, I have a game genie and I just type IDKFA and I get all the guns and unlimited ammo. So...

Total invincibility with the added bonus of causing 50k damage per bullet, without buffs.

If there are no cheats in any way allowed (for more wishes), I would ask for a legendary Auto Rifle with max RoF, high impact, medium range, max stability, and medium reload. Perks would be Crowd Control, Explosive Rounds, and Feeding Frenzy.
