I recently got my second legendary sword on one of my secondary characters. I know to get the next quest it must be infused to 280 light and fully upgraded, so I transferred it to my primary character with all my most powerful weapons to infuse it with and used motes of light to upgrade it fully, to the point where its 295 with all perks. When I gave it back to my secondary character, no quest popped up. Ive tried completing story quests and switching it in and out of my inventory with no luck. I'd rather not have to delete my character to overcome this gameplay fluke. Note: I'm still level 0 with the crucible handler but I haven't found any information that say's that's a factor. please help.
