I didn't think about it till now, lol. I just know that's supposed to be our Cabal dlc, and always thought how odd its name was by comparison.
Coming after the Vex dlc, supposedly, could have an association there, but it's hard to think the Dreadnaught will stay empty until Destiny 2.
EDIT: Besides, Skolas already tried becoming a God through Vex tech.
