I dont think the cabal are evil. They are militants. The first thing we do when we meet them is break into their base, hack their communications and then wipe out their guards reporting to the break in. Of course they are going to retaliate. Unless they realize we did it for a good reason and for a bigger threat. Any army in the world would react the same way to our act first ask questions last way of doing things.
