Nova Bomb: One and done bomb.
Hanmer of Sol: As many kills as many hammers you can throw. Super Shield on top of extra damage resistance.
Yes one can cancel the other, however HoS has leagues better benefits to continue to kill and survive.
Nerf Sunbreakers? Pfft no. I fully except Suntitans have the best super for murdering everyone. You cannot gameplay wise balance all supers because you have to factor nonsuper abilities, which Voidwalkers take the cake.
Is Hammer of Thor(Sol) the top super? I agree completely. It does concern me that Striker titans are all but extinct in pvp.

Sftu you ignorant fool. If you were remotely competent at thought you would see I main a warlock (I have 3 warlocks). I also as many as you can throw, if its 6 or 2. Each hammer results in a kill generally.
