People are wrong. You can turn in Legendary Fusion Rifle looking items for 200 gunsmith rep. It is possible for someone to be rank 10 right now assuming they did enough grinding.

Nope, you can only get four of them but i think there was a way to duplicate them? By normal means apparently you should still be just short of rank 5, unless you glitched them/duplicated them

If they truly don't duplicate then the 3 of coins on draksis must have messed it up because people in another thread are also talking about several they received from that.

They're a random drop. You kill something enough times and it is bound to happen. Draksis probably died in the high hundreds of thousands of times that weekend alone.

Yeah but you can only get 4 of them, so those people (it sounds like) simply hadnt had their fourth yet, not so interesting

When TTK released on Tuesday, Banshee-44 had test weapons, the day after the test weapons cycled because of Armsday. Meaning some people got Two weeks worth of testing in a week Not a exploit its like finishing a nightfall on Monday and then doing the new one in Tuesday

Those test weapons were there when 2.0 dropped the week before TTK. If you did the nightfall and all test weapons you could hit rank 1 before TTK dropped.
