Funny, because I'm able to shoot them in the head and kill them, and I'm not good in crucible.

Please explain why you think it's impossible. The guy never saw me, and didn't throw a hammer. I unloaded a full clip from my scout and took him down. I don't know why you're so certain that it can't be done. They don't have infinite health dude. I get shot down using my hammer too, and I max my health, so you're kinda talking out your ass
