The sunbreaker can only be stopped by a tether. And the argument of its a super it's supposed to have extra armor is stupid. Any other roaming super gets one hit by that -blam!-ing hammer. See a stormcaller, throw one hammer, see a radiant warlock wearing the ram, no problem just one hammer is all it takes! Bladedancer up in your grill? Serve him a hot shitty hammer! But, only one. Cause you only need one... but other supers need way more than that. If used correctly the sunbreaker is literally unstoppable. Unless you play a nightstalker and happen to have your super ready, and happen to get it off before the titan throws a hammer. It's absolutely ridiculous how overpowered this super is in pvp. And we thought bladedancing was bad...

FoH kills hammers Golden Gun takes two shots (bubble takes 3 to kill the titan inside) Nova Bomb nukes hammers Ark blade takes 2 or 3 swipes which is about a second of time due to the speed Two Fusion grenades while in Radiance if you stick them. Nightstalker tether, as you mentioned. Stormtrance probably has the hardest time of things, but funny enough i don't see many (any) Warlocks complaining about it. So basically supers cancel supers, the same as it has always been.

HoS spews hammers at warlock 4. HoS throws one hammer to the ground and done 5. Why wait for them to throw another grenade? Just toss a hammer!

Okay so apply that same logic to nova bombs or golden gun. Again, supers beat supers that is what they do. Golden gun shuts down a radiant skin warlock and still has a kill shot for someone else, does that mean golden gun should be nerfed somehow? I don't think so. I am willing to play in a landscape where balance is a perception, true balance would have us all play one class with one gun option and no supers. I never complained about Thorn and it wasn't a gun i used often at all so maybe i am just stubborn.

Worth testing out when i get back to my consoles which will be Monday. If anyone can test it let us know the results with the added damage from Radiance it might. I won't lie and tell you that it does if i don't know.

The sunbreaker just needs less health or my other suggestion is to reduce the aoe of the hammer. I've been killed by numerous misses. I've never successfully dodged a hammer yet. You can pretty much get out of the way of anything else. I've also been killed by hammers hitting tempted probably a good 30 feet away. Once it wa through a -blam!-ing wall.

Getting killed through a wall is crap, that shouldn't happen and i am sure no one with sense would argue that. If you reduce the damage reduction (which is supposed to be the same as a bladedancer) would you buff agility or just nerf that so you can pick them off instantly? You can kill a sunbreaker with 7 to 8 shots with a scout rifle which is on par with ark blade in my experience. I think the community needs to adapt a strategy, because nerfing HoS generally is just not a solution. It is a knee jerk reaction to a new thing that is killing people briefly during a match. I am not hating here, just trying to have a conversation.

Splash damage on the hammer i didn't feel was an issue, it certainly isn't like a nova bomb so i would be willing to say it could be toned down if it is really an issue.

Try dodging a hammer yourself. It's almost impossible. They also can home in on targets, if the perk is taken.
