What game brought you to this site? Halo? Marathon? Destiny?
Well, if you didn't play one of those(DESTINY) all your past invested time on this forum is worth nothing. People like Das Boot and Mad Max(even if you don't like them) are active members and have been for years! There are many many more. Why would they not be able to post on the forum over a new account that's played destiny one time. HOW DOES THAT SOLVE ANYTHING?
Repost and like until this is fixed, thanks. Thoughts?
Tl;dr 7+ years on our forum, but you didnt fork out $60 for our new game? BANNED.

Bungie never made it off of Reach. They died as heroes. Then, a new Bungie was formed out of the very few old surviving members and a flock of new ones. This Bungie is determined to leave a Legacy, while the old was determined to forge ahead, leaving a Legacy so grand that some would be intimidated to try to fill. R.I.P. Bungie, And goodluck on finding your destiny, Bungie.

Hmm, its a shame that Bungie has chosen to wipe out all those who decided on not playing Destiny. I really don't see how this is beneficial to the site at all because, one, anybody who previously played games made by bungie and has spent a reasonable amount of time on the forums deserves some respect (i.e not being banned for choosing not to play their latest game). and two, there will likely be a lot of people in the future (and even now) that are interested in buying one of their new games and look for feedback from the community (on the forums) to see what the game is like, but wont be able to because the don't have the game (which you now need to even post in the open forums). Im really disappointed in this past years forum updates. First, a very poor execution of the transferring of legacy stats (still salty bungie I want my games under my profile and those special emblems too! >;c). Then they decide to rid of any gmail based sign ins, and now they try to kill off anybody who hasn't played their game. Whada bunch a chumps ;/

I understand one guy does it to spam nsfw MLP images for whatever reason, and one guy does it to be overly offensive and still be able to post under the same name, but are there any good reasons? Does it provide any benefit other than being extra super anonymous?
