I've been waiting for a response from Activision about my BBB & FTC complaints, but I haven't heard a single thing from them yet. I will be trying for Xbox Support again, and if something comes up beneficial to us, I'll update. I want everyone to share their stories on getting refunds or going through crap all together. What Bungie has done to us is inexcusable and downright wrong. We need to help each other out, because we're all fighting for a good cause, and that's making sure we don't get screwed anymore!

I just got a refund from Microsoft. Their rep agreed that what Bungie have done is unacceptable and authorised my refund. While I am not a lawyer my understanding is that Bungie have breached Australian consumer laws by locking out content that I had already paid for. Please remember the support people are not the ones causing this, be polite but firm and hopefully you will get your refund. Good luck. And good riddance Bungie. You will NEVER see another cent from me.
