Great job on putting this all together in one place. So I guess if we eventually kill Oryx's sisters with the Touch of Malice then we would be fulfilling his goals because we would be killing them with his power. Maybe it was his plan all along when he wrote the book....
Also it seems as if Atheon was emulating Oryx by creating the Glass Throne in Vault of Glass because the throne existed in the Vault which exists in it's own dimension just like Oryx's throne. Interesting

I was thinking about why Guardians usually can be revived. Maybe our Ghosts are kinda like pocket throne worlds, which carry our soul when we die. It seems the only way to fully stop a guardian from reviving is to take their Ghost away.

Wrong for game sake we can respawn but for lore sake we best oryx first go crota first go atheon first go aka our gaurdian never died

In lore we have never died but for game sake we can respawn

Why can't we die in lore? The Ghost literally revives the player any time we die. Only Darkness Zones would stop the player from being revived.
