Digital Edition and disk requirement

I have bought the Digital Collectors Edition of Fallen King – why I am still required to insert my Destiny disk?

Give this a try. Completely uninstall Destiny from your console. You should then be able to install a digital version via your consoles' store. This version shouldn't require a disc.
