But 1 on one in Base stats (power, speed, TTK and benifits of use) the sunbreaker wins, every time. Unless the player is playing smart they will come second.
So a good player using their super will need to play smart to beat a mediocre or bad player using HOS

I was just pointing out what I like about the class and how obvious it is that Titans needed something more offensive for PvP
