Running won't work because they have range. But I've found leaping up in the air and shooting them from above works well because mostly sun breaker relies on splash damage and the hammers arc makes it harder to aim at moving, airborne targets.

Idk I was playing the other day on my hunter using triple jump and saw a sunbreaker titan in super running for me I did a quick triple jump to the right his hammer hit where I was and I still died

Go air born or run around corners.. out wit them or gun them down with heavy. Everyone trying to use primaries and specials on them are genius. Or like op said, fist of havoc, nova bomb and void bow pretty much shut it down every time.
