The Leviathan was an agent of the Traveler, as the Worms were agents of the Deep. I believe it was the warden to the Worms' cage

I think the queen is oryxes sister she isn't actually awoken and it would explain her speach at the first cut scene

I believe her speech implies 1) her family is dead (besides Prince Dick), and the Awoken is her new family, 2) she was quite possibly one of the first Awoken created, and 3) she had some master plan to defeat Oryx, which included the defeat of the Awoken
