I quickscoped a Sunbreaker in the head with 1000-Yard Stare and he took 188 damage at close range. Just a visual of how close it was Thieves Den he was at the rift and I was inside where the heavy is. At max armor they will only die to the highest impact sniper in example Efrideets Spear. I don't believe they should be nerfed though since they deserve high armor they are Titans for Pete's sake.
