You are right. However when I mean encounter, I mean it in the sense that we won't live harmoniously together. Jins do have the power to possess human beings but that goes against our belief. Mind you, there are also Muslim and non-Muslim Jins.
It's a very complex topic. If interested just research and watch lectures.

You may be right. Ask yourself this, do we humans live harmoniously? No, never have and probably never will. Is that gods doing? Or ours? I say ours, because I do not believe in a higher power. Realistically the belief in god has done it's part in driving a wedge between humanity. I don't knock your religion, or your beliefs in fact I respect your right to have them. So sorry if I come off as disrespectful.
