Is the whole of the Cabal empire gonna come to our solar system someday?

The Empire will send another fleet but not the whole Empire. Bungie isn't going to take a whole enemy class in a $20.00 dlc.

I could see them sending the champion of the cabal, the primus of primus. Something like that

Fury of Gods is the cabal dlc coming later on, so I'm guessing that will be it, one of the grimore cards tells that most of the cabal command on the dreadnaught is either dead or on the run, and that the cabal empire will respond.

No that's Vex Void, and to correct myself the cabal doc is Forge of gods. But names are always subject to change
