16. Ghost says that the City is the "last place the Traveler can still protect," 17. I'm not sure if they exist in-game canonically, or if they were just a clever way of Bungie saying, "You died because that's how we made the game," 18. Yup

Ghost says a lot of stuff that doesn't make sense. For example, he talks about the Vex like he knows stuff and then 2 scenes later is all, "what are these things". like he forgot everything he just said for 2 missions. I remember laughing my ass off with my friends when we hit that part of the story. At that moment we knew what we were in for with Destiny.

Probably hiding from the scary sounds of shooting or extinct. 14. According to a Ghost, the Traveler is similar to a giant Dyson sphere, but then it acknowledges that it doesn't know. 15. Because the Speaker doesn't like too many questions.

Ghosts don't know what the Traveler is, but this one Ghost theorized. It then acknowledged, "Eh, I might be wrong," 15. Guardians don't ask because no one would answer.

6. The Darkness is extremely powerful. Why do you think the Traveler is running? 7. One of Oryx's sisters perhaps will take up the crown, or perhaps the mysterious Nokris. 8. Not sure. 9. They wish to write themselves into reality and transform existence itself into something they can control. 10. Osiris was exiled by the Speaker for "asking the wrong questions".

Their true motive remains hidden, but this is what they seem to be doing now. 10. Chasing after Xûr, Ahamkara-lore, the VoG. What is the Darkness, why are we fighting, is a Guardian's personality 100% theirs, etc.
