FWC doesnt have one either. They have a machine that electrocutes their brains, and causes hallucinations.

No. I am poimting out logic. They took unexplained Vex Tec, hooked it up to their brains, it shocked them, they saw things they could only imagine (i.e. hallucinations) which were induced by massive shock trauma to the brain. They claimed to know the future, and have gained significant questionable philosifies. One such is claiming to want continuous war instead of ending the one we are currently in. They also horde resources to fight tomorrow what can be pushed back today.

i do apologize for our lower ranks lack of knowledge on that stupid machine... whatever i saw (be it a vision or a hullucination) i still speak for the better parts of the war cult when i say this. the current war will end, and those who stand with both our factions will be able to say that they helped prevent the final war
