Explain this http://db.destinytracker.com/grimoire/enemies/cabal/cabal-champions. When NM is in charge will the fight always be within the city, will we still fight back the darkness. Also why do you care so much about the Cabal command?

As it is, resources are being squandered when they could be used to push back the Darkness. For an example of a Historical Record of fighting to maintain Peace and Order in the City, read Bannerfall Grimoire. As for the Cabal, we see that fighting closer to home and pushing back the Darkness at our walls is more important. We did give a report for the Vanguards request.
