Do you think that the vex are actually the travelers army turned against it by the darkness. Would explain why they are turning planets into machines and how the traveler was able to stop them?

Tbh... We know the vex were organic first. And then something or someone created their bodies for them. I personally believe the traveller made them to help her terraform planets and systems. The darkness then corrupted them. But that's only my opinion. Cuz the problem is I also believe that the traveller is a time traveling, betrayer. But not so sure about that anymore.

WHAT I'M GONNA SAY IS ONLY A THEORY NOT FACT, I once saw a thread of destiny lore and there was a THEORY saying that maybe Rasputin made the vex but something went wrong with it

Not true, Rasputin did kill the Traveler however.

The vex are from a different dimension and were peaceful but crota let them in this one and accidentally corrupted them this is from the book of sorrows

My opinion atm is no, but I'm open to evidence that will change my standing. Hopefully the next DLC is Vex
