I've been playing since beta and love this game. You must have got a string of year 1 trolls. They are almost as bad as year 2 trolls. Both types of trolls think they are better than everyone else but they suck. They also have no life and freak out when they don't instantly win something. Stay clear of them. They will bitch and crying into their mics. This causes brain damage and hearing loss to other players.
