The card says [o] is preparing for departure and that if it couldn't be convinced to stay it would have to be "persuaded." Traveler left the Fallen to their fate, and ran from Fundament forever ago. It's no stretch to think it would try to flee us too.

Remember Rasputin was built to [i]infer[/i]. Her actions probably led him to think she would leave, when in actuality she intended to stay. From Ghost Fragment: The Traveler 2 [quote]This will be the place where you fight. Fight and win[/quote]
