My moment was during the mission "Cayde's Stash," I was climbing the Colony Ship, and I jumped onto a platform with nothing behind me, and in the doorway there was a Taken Phalanx, I bet you can figure out what happened next.

I figured out who they learned it from: Was fighting Valus Mau'ual, did my usual thing of jumping away when he charged me. He jet-headbutted me into the arena ceiling and I died when I hit the floor.
