Cannabis actually has cancer-fighting effects. Not only that but it's a good pain reliever without the wait, it helps cancer patients get an appetite, and increases their overall mood. My boyfriend's mother got through her cancer by smoking weed. Personally I hate almost everything about it, but it genuinely does help some people.
