it's the best thing to do, even if it doesn't seem like it. you get your console replaced (say it was a PS4 ;) ) and your uncle will likely be put in a drug rehab program and hopefully will get his act together. sometimes people need a shock like their family turning them in to realise what they've done and how they've messed up. good luck to you bud
