Sucks...break his knee caps. If he pawned it you could get it back with a little effort but not a lot to do if he does it direct. Kidding about the knee caps of course but that's what it makes you want to do. You could still file a case against him and he'd have to pay restitution for the loss...but the value of a used one won't be enough to replace it. That and if he's an addict that steals to support his habit he won't have money to pay anyway. Sorry man...shitty situation.
