From 3ofC I received 9 primary engrams. 7 were Zhalo, 2 were Monte Carlo. Weird RNG. I like it, especially with artifact that gives orbs on arc precision kills. I'd recommend that to anyone completing the Eris quest. I don't think it's perk is as beneficial as Bad Juju, or the range. I like it, but it's not the end all or be all.
