I haven't got a chance to test this yet as I am at work. But I saw it on the regular forums. Apparently if you are on the Dreadnought where the Cabal ship is, you can activate a glitch. Kill all the Cabal outside the ship. Apparently there are two doors where they spawn from. Go inside one of the doors and stand there and they will just keep spawning every 5 seconds or so for easy kills and drops.
