Complete disregard for players who cannot afford the DLC

I bought a game. Destiny. That game came with the features that I payed for, that were advertised for that game. You have taken away the majority of these features for year one players who cannot afford to, or do not want to fork out the money to pay for all of the DLC, especially The Taken King, which seems to be changing destiny into a new game; NOT THE ONE THAT YOU ADVERSTISED. Maybe check the legality of this all. I'm almost certain that advertising something and then not providing that service is illegal. Removal of heroic strikes for anybody who does not have the DLC is the perfect example of this. As well as any form of challenging strike playlist, ways to get marks in order to do anything in your game and unlock things in the first place. Your complete lack of regard for this part of the community is atrocious. Not that I think you will do anything about it.

  • So I'm pretty sure everything they've done is legal. Technically they haven't removed any content from the game, if you didn't purchase TTK you have access to all the strikes, mission and raids that you purchased throughout year 1 you just don't meet the level requirements to access the nightfall and heroic playlists. I'm not saying I agree with it, just that i don't think there's a case legally here regardless of the EULA or any of that stuff as people have referenced cases where EULA's were shown to be invalid in certain situations.
