Hereafter's "Perfectionist" doesn't work
After unlocking Hereafter's Perfectionist Perk, it worked one time. And then every other time I would get 4 straight Crits, the Mag wouldn't regenerate.
Even went and tested it on the Devil Walker on Patrol, and found the same results.
Anyone else having problems with this effect?

The perk says precision kills will refill the mag

Because to Bungie if you're an annoying ass sniper in PvP hiding in the back getting precision kills that equals skillz. "Here is some free ammo." But in PvE if you are the same annoying ass sniper hanging back and hitting the raid boss it's "-blam!- you, thats cheap. No free ammo for you. In-fact lets nerf any sniper that can do that."

Read the Perk.

Crit kills. It's essentially what they intended for Black Hammer to operate.

It's precision [i]kills[/i], not hits. It works perfectly, just not as useful as we wish.

I thought there was a problem at first but it works perfectly every time on anything but the above mentioned enemies. I know it sucks and should have the exceptions listed in the description of the perks. I have other snipers with same perk and acts exactly the same. Pointed out to me that it was kills. So I guess they did list it correctly I just didn't read it properly. So add yellow bars and shielded to the list lol.
