You can still play & you have everything you paid for. The only thing you lost is a difficulty tier on a weekly strike. You still have all the stories, strikes, raids, loot, and PVP maps/modes you always had. Want more? Pay for it. That's how life works...
That's how life works...
God I hate when people say this. The reason companies get away with this kind of BS is because everybody enables it. "Life" doesn't work like anything. I swear....

Get away with what? Selling new things and not giving it away for free? The people complaining literally didn't lose anything they paid for. They're just entitled children throwing a tantrum because mommy won't give them $40.
-
Getting away with breaking up a mediocre product and reselling it without even catering to the people who bought the original, and given how much money they probably made, there is no reason they couldn't have released it for free. And by the way, I do have TTK and all the dlc, so I'm not one of those "children". It's shitty business tactics, and it shouldn't be excused.
-
I'll have to agree on the note the "expansion", was already in the game, just locked. On the other hand they plan for a ten year game so in their def they were planning ahead so they could work on other DLC and to work out any bugs in the current and have the time to do it to meet their deadlines. So I can understand both arguments because their both valid. But it's just business and it will always be just that.

....BUNGIE is only favoring the rich dumbass.

Rich? You mean people who have 40$, people who work hard enough to make that 40$, people who have parents that work hard enough to make that money? If by rich, you mean bathing in money, then I am not rich. But I sure as heck can find some employment and work off that money before the game releases, so does that make me rich?, does that make me dumb? The answer, no. It makes me a smart hardworking person and a person who can afford the taken king.
20$ per lawn = 2 lawns mowed 10$ per lawn = 4 lawns mowed Oh I'm sorry, did you think that rich people didn't have to work for their money?
$40 is rich? Where do you live? Zimbabwe?
-
Yes actually
-
All gaming companies favor the rich. If they favored the poor, they wouldn't make any money.
-
How about do both?
-
Where's the benefit? The rich have money and the poor don't.
