The reason I don't think the sunbreaker is overpowered is because, to me, it's actually a little underwhelming, like the subclass as a whole. The super is great, the melee is actually useful, but.. off of that, it's actually not the strongest or most stable of the three new subclasses.

Yeah all the perks are centered around the super itself, nothing passive that really helps out.
