Yes pc. Personally never played it but have buddies who play nothing other than those.
There are different versions. The one I watched was Total War: Rome2. Don't know if it's the best one but looked really good when I witnessed it.
I do hope that halo wars 2 isn't a total war rip with halo in it. Hoping it is simply an upgrade of the original.
