well he spawns at the court of oryx. no idea how to get the grimoire.

How did you manage to fight him? I saw him and started to fight him, but as soon as I killed the Wizards, he disappeared.

That sucks. He actually shows up at the Court of Oryx location if you go there during the first mission on the Dreadnaught. That's where I saw him and tried to fight him.
