She looks around for Kovac, spotting him on the roof of what looked to be an abandoned apartment complex. She chuckles quite loudly through the comms, giving a thumbs up. "I love field work!"

Kovac would turn his slightly staring at one of the titans representing dead orbit before barking at him, "we got a problem titan?!" The titan would advert his gaze away from the pair shuffling his feet before speaking to one of the dead orbit members. Kovac keeps walking looking forward again speaking loudly, "Didnt think so guardian remember whos house your in."
-
"I was a bit of a pain in the Crucible, I managed to prove my worth in the Iron Banner and owned a ton of their weapons." Her hands made slight gestures as she talked, making it seem as though she were taunting the Dead Orbit faction. "Matter of fact, my two favourites were always Efrideet's Spear and Gheleon's Demise."
-
Kovac chuckled softly, "as much as i respect the iron banner i never really had time for it, to busy with vanguard operations. But i did do some crucible when i had the chance." Kovac pointed to the crucible chart as they walked into the bar area, his named pinned incredibly high on the control chart. His ghost would pip up, "he only does the crucible because it gives him an excuse to punch warlocks."
-
"Is that so?" She looks at the Ghost and smirks. "That's something we have in common then. Although, I'm more of a fan of skirmish and rumble."
-
He would make a sour face, "i dislike those no objectives just killing." He would pull a chair out for you to sit in, "cant forget my manners ladies first." His ghost would fly around the room scanning small nick-nacks as the bar tender wandered over.
-
She takes her seat, placing her hands on the bar counter top and grins. "Thank you lieutenant." Her Ghost floats over to a map, looking at the known loot caches and weapons to be found.
-
Kovac smiled slightly before taking a seat across from you, "the usual for me and vodka tonic for the lady." The bartender nods before walking away to grab the drinks. Kovacs ghost floats over to look at the map as well.
-
"I've been after a weapon, something of an enigma." She looks down to her dainty digits not he counter, interlacing her fingers slowly and steadily.
-
He leaned back in his chair, "oh? What kind of weapon are we talking about." He would stifle another yawn again before rubbing his eye. His ghost floats back over to him floating just above his right shoulder.
-
"A fusion rifle, one of the Cassoid foundry masterpieces. They call it Telesto." She looks up as the barkeep places her glass in front of her, realizing that she's paying. So, she grabs a cube of glimmer worth 200 units and hands it to the man. "Ever heard of it Kovac?"
-
"Aye i have one of the higher up warlocks has one i believe. Smug bastard he is," kovac would sip the whiskey quietly thinking quietly. His ghost would pip up, "lieutenant doesnt the one with the nine come soon?"
-
"Although, in hot on the trail of Cayde's Ace of Spades. I only need a few more parts and things'll be set." She completely ignored the Ghost, taking a small sip of her rather boring drink.
-
"Intresting sounds like clyde has a lot to hide," he would down his drink quickly clearing his throat before smiling. "Ahhh that was good, thank ya for the drink kira." He would look at her watching her quietly.
-
"Of course, thanks for saving my life." She smirks and downs the glass of vodka and tonic, tapping the counter to get the attention of the barkeep. "Barkeep, sake if you'd please."
-
"Your a very intresting hunter kira," he would lean back in his chair arms crossed looking at her as if analyzing her. His eye would slowly cross over your face before speaking, "whyd you pick the new monarchy."
-
"Pick them? No. They picked me. I was exiled from my home and came here with one of my friends." She looks to the bar tender, bringing over a shot glass and a porcelain bottle. "When we got here, I died. The Hive got to us." The barkeep pours the first shot and leaves the porcelain bottle to the will of Kira.
-
"Intresting...it is odd for the new monarchy to pick represenatives instead of those that approach them," he would tap his chin thinking. "Where is your friend you said that you had died but not the fate of your companion, "he watches your reaction closely.
-
She downs the first shot of the lukewarm alcohol, pouring another. "He must've disappeared, he might even be in Palamon or another small town. Either way, my original ghost found me, brought me back and ended up being replaced by Achilles here."
-
Kovac would mutter under his breathe for only a second, "maybe hes a renegade this could pose a problem.." He would yawn again before stretching groaning in approval, "ugh it seems like i dont ever get enough sleep anymore."
-
"So, Hideo saw some sort of potential in me and named me a representative." She puts the glass to her lips and knocks it back, pouring yet another and immediately downing that as well.
-
"Well better Hideo then some of these other factions, " the bartender walked over sitting down a glass of water in front of kovac before walking away. He sips the water watching you drink the sake, smiling slightly, "well your injury doesnt seem to be bothering you to badly."
-
She chuckles wickedly, looking in the direction of Kovac. "Alcohol, it's the key to dulling the pain. Besides, shouldn't you know that already?" Her Ghost scans the map and stores it for Kira's later expeditions.
-
His face gets somber for a second speaking softly, "aye i do its the best for emotional pains,"he would clear his throat quickly. His ghost would nuzzle the side of his face gently.
-
"Not to mention, I love the warm, fuzzy feeling it gives me. Its like nothing I've felt from anything else." She grips the talk bottle once more, filling up another shot glass with extreme precision.
-
"Aye..,"his voice soft as memories begin flashing back. Kovac would begin to remember all of the guardians lost under his command those lost to atheon, to skolas, to crota, up to oyrx himself. His ghost would bump into his head trying to get him to snap out of if chriping quietly, "kovac its alright remember we have a guest here cheer up."
