Exotic Vanguard Missive Bounty Now Useless
I have a vanguard missive that I received the day before TTK launched. I was going to redeem it for an exotic bounty the next day, but the update kicked in and now it won't allow me to exchange the missive for anything. I know that users who were working on exotic bounties were granted completion to those bounties, but what about having the vanguard mentor missive sitting in your inventory? Seems like a big waste for me to just discard the missive for nothing. I wish there was a better way to contact Bungie about this user specific problem as well.
Anyone else with a similar situation?

1 ReplyThe missive is now useless. You should have chosen which bounty you wanted to complete as soon as the missive dropped. The old exotic bounties are no longer available as far as I can tell and the only way to get those weapons now is through the appropriate legacy engram when xur sells it.
